A Habanera o Tango. A lot of Spanish blood in it. This piece makes me believe to be a reincarnation of some Spanish soldier of the 80 years war of 1568-1648 Holland against Spain to regain its territory. Some Spanish blood you must have noticed in my pieces, i hope?
